Alan Jewitt, Director

Born in 1957, Alan has worked in IT since 1979. Before the Internet existed Alan worked with large "mainframe" computers (the sort that filled a whole room) on payroll and life insurance systems. He has worked for clients such as AXA insurance and Scottish Provident.

With the arrival of the Internet Alan saw which way the IT world was heading. Since 2000 he has been applying his "traditional" IT skills and disciplines to web sites and web-based systems. He takes particular joy in getting customers to look after their own sites using a Content Management System or CMS, help customers to sell on-line and producing bespoke programs for clients who need a "little extra".

Alan is married to Wendy, with three children and two large dogs called Bodger and Bear. His interests include walking (with Bodger and Bear of course), sailing and reality TV. Favourite colour: blue.
